We want you to enjoy the products you purchase from Tuvva. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items that are complete and in their original condition within 30 days of the purchase date, as evidenced on the original invoice. No questions asked.
Tuvva reserves the right to decline any refund where the product is not in its original condition.
We do not accept returns of:
- Any product without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
- Any product that exhibits physical damage
- Any product that has been tampered with or altered in any way
How to return your merchandise (step-by-step)
Complete the return form included in your order and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier bar codes from the package.

Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Tuvva cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
IMPORTANT: You MUST include the original invoice and completed return form with your return. Otherwise, we will not be able to process your refund. The return form is included in your order.
Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non refundable unless you have received a damaged or wrong item. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your refund.

All of our car stereos come with 45-day warranty covering the costs of spare parts and labour.
Our warranty only applies where a defect has risen, wholly or substantially, as a result of faulty manufacture, parts or workmanship during the warranty period. The warranty does not cover the damage caused by other factors, including with limitation: normal wear and tear, abuse, mishandling, accident or failure to follow operation instructions, exposure to liquid, improper use, touch panel damage, panel damage, or any broken/damaged housing.
